TS Lee is heading north towards Louisiana and then should turn east towards Alabama and Georgia--probably.
Meanwhile Katia is still a category 1 hurricane and probably won't make it to a cat 3 after all, and it's heading west, but it's too early to tell where it'll make landfall.
