Xeriscape

Believe it or not, xeriscape isn't in my old desk dictionary!  Oh, wow.  It's from 1988.  (Webster's New World Dictionary)  Basically it means not wasting water...  So when you landscape, you generally use native plants that don't require extra water.  Also don't mix cacti with weeping willows; otherwise one will be too wet or the other too dry.

Dana,

Thanks for stopping by! We try to keep the watering down at our home, but we had to have a sprinkler guy come by today to fix some sprinkler heads; he'll be back soon with more new heads...
