Could you please make it loop up to northern Wisconsin? We could use a good soak. We got almost nothign out of the last storm you sent us. St. Louis stole everything. And they only wanted the water to give Budweiser more flavor...
It didn't loop after all; it made a little jog and went east, leaving us hot and dry.
Franklin did make a funny little loop finally.
