And here comes TS Rafael; it's heading north into the Atlantic. The spaghetti models keep it mostly headed north, except for a couple strands a little more to the west.
Update (10-14): TS Rafael is heading NNW and should become a hurricane tomorrow.
Update (10-21): Rafael did become a hurricane and is gone now, I think. Hey, I'll catch up with the one that has a 60% chance of development.
