And here are some small living room suggestions from HGTV: http://www.hgtvremodels.com/home/small-space-design-for-living-rooms/pictures/index.html?nl=HGRM_032514_featlink4_small-living-rooms&sni_mid=126461&sni_rid=126461.405.321476&c32={4E6771C7-C8B2-491F-8AC7-73EFF9F12E8E}
Color and good use of space can make a difference; and the small end tables that you can move around instead of a bulky coffee table is a great idea.

Small nursery ideas (link)
Some attractive and practical ideas for a nursery, though I don't like that heavy white cabinet over the crib in one of the photos: http://www.hgtvremodels.com/interiors/7-small-nursery-design-tips/pictures/index.html?nl=HGRM_032514_footermodlink_small-nursery&sni_mid=126461&sni_rid=126461.405.321476&c32={4E6771C7-C8B2-491F-8AC7-73EFF9F12E8E}

Radiant orchid and diy projects
The spring issue of Lowe's Creative Ideas for Home and Garden includes colors such as Radiant Orchid (Pantone) and ideas such as using four shades of paint for an ombre effect--and those metal pipes add a unique touch to a home. And there's background on the upcoming TV show, American Dream Builders on NBC. I love home renovation shows, and though it looks like this is a reality show, I hope they keep the drama to a minimum.
I love rooms that show off the effect of different color schemes, and the first of these three rooms begins with Feathered Fern, Tomato Bisque, New Avocado, ... (These must be Lowe's paint colors as I don't see a manufacturer mentioned.) There are also deck, kitchen ideas, and more, but I wish they'd identified the azalea varieties. I guess you're going to have to rip out pages or take the whole magazine to the store and get ready for spring.

Home, garden, and recipe ideas
The April issue of Country Living includes home, garden, flower, and craft ideas, but I thought two recipes were outstanding: Mashed Potatoes with Carmelized Fennel and Meyer-Lemon Tart with Gingersnap Crust and Almond Whipped Cream. Carmelized fennel--who'd have though it! And the tart looks really appetizing. I wish I had a cook!
